In most cases, your invoice will come directly from the carrier who is providing the services. For example, if you decided on an AT&T sourced circuit, you will be invoiced by AT&T directly.

You will be appointed a project manager from Netcom Structure who will be your point of contact for any questions or concerns you may have. If there is a service or billing issue, we will interface with the carrier on your behalf.
